Im trying to see if anyone has invested in  crowd funds such as Groundfloor, Realty Mogul, American Homeowner preservation, Fundrise, etc,

1) What are you thoughts on them, 

2) Has anyone really made money off Crowdfunding, 

3) Has anyone applied and gotten funding from those or a crowd fund and how did it turn out.
