 Honestly, its all "free", so can't see a reason why not use all the major ones. Facebook, insta, tick-tok and not social media but Craigslist. Have you tried drone videos? Land can be a waiting game that's for sure.

If your comfortable with the price that's one thing but I would call a local realtor or 2 and ask for a market analysis. Normally it's free usually so why not?
