Looking for recommendations for a company that does cost segregation analysis in the NYC metro area... need more information on accelerated depreciation ....

@Marvin Bobb I like cozy.co ...not only do I collect rent but I put my expenses for each unit in & at the end of the year it allows me to put it into a PDF that I can send to my CPA ....

@Selena Williams it all depends on how much you put down... If you put a large enough down payment i'm sure it will cash flow...What are your plans?

Sure Brooklyn, queens the Bronx are great area's with a lot of growth still to come especially if you plan to live here and can do an FHA or a NACA program

Why would you go through all that when you can purchase something with little to no work needed for about 800k in marine park on the mls ...now if you can get it at 250-300k that may be a deal worth looking at ..thats just my opinion
