I meant traveling nurse organizations

The lot is purchased and it is where it is. I was just looking for sources to find those kind of rentals.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to list your property with the appropriate travel nurse organizations, to rent out a fully furnished brand new townhouse that is super close to 3 hospitals?

I purchased a lot that I am not sure yet of my plans for it yet. I have a few ideas but in the meantime, I would love to do a boat or RV storage  rental in the interim. Any ideas or advice on how to get those type of rentals? Good places to list etc.

Amy other ideas I can do in the interim?

Quote from @Sally Fairchild:

Love Clarksville.  I own single family rentals in the Greenland Farms area and Ashland Hills.  I love the historic district but have always wondered why it wasn't more successful.  Did you know that Clarksville is the birthplace of Sgt Carter from the shown Gomer Pyle, USMC.  They have a statue of him on main street.

Do you think the downtown has potential or is on the way up?

Anyone familiar with these areas?  Especially downtown? Can provide some information on it's potential. Toledo too. Seems OH has high property tax making a dent in cash flow, especially remotely.

Anyone familiar with the area and can provide some insight, especially the downtown historic district?

In that case, Azibo may be a great fit. We (I work at Azibo, just a disclaimer) have quite robust accounting capabilities and time saving features like Schedule E generation and automated  transaction tagging rules. If you want to chat or hop on a demo, feel free to connect with me!

How is it free then? You must make money somehow?
