For apartments, I work with a group that only does
apartments. They specialize in just that niche and
they are very good at it.

More and more it is sinking into my head that niche
marketing is the way to go.

People, find your niche...become very good at that
niche...and then go for it.

Somehow in my soul I get the feeling that you'll
fit right in with the real estate crowd.

We're glad you've chosen our little forum to network
with. Now let's all go make money this year!

Hello Jim,

I see that nobody has welcomed you yet...that's
about to change!

Folks, I had a chance to chat with Jim on the phone
the other day and he's a real nice guy to get to know.

Welcome to the forum, Jim!

Hello Susie,

And welcome!

I just want to say how pleased I am with your
introduction...letting us know a little about yourself
really helps when we see posts from people if
we "know where they're coming from".

Glad to see that your fall off of the cliff has not
permanently damaged you!

Welcome back, sir.

Looks like the wholesaler has cut the most prime
$50k profit out of the heart of the deal for himself.

You're the one who will be doing all the work and
taking the most risk.

Think about it.
