Hello Gus,

and welcome to our forum. We need good loan people
to mingle here on the forum and help the new
investors with their financing.

We're glad you're here.

Hello Snooka,

Let me welcome you to the forum and extend my
electronic hand to you in welcome.

As far as S-Corp vs LLC, I vote for LLC.

Hello Rod,

I came late to the party but want to welcome you to
our forum. There's just a ton of 25 year old guys on
this forum so you'll find plenty of company.

I echo what Noobdog says about cash flowing. In
Michigan these days that should be easier to do than
in, say, California.

Best Wishes.

Hello and welcome to our forum.

As Noobdog says, we are all over the country.

But when it comes time to discuss business it's easy
to get on the phone with people and talk. I've spoken
with at least 10 of the people from this forum by
phone regarding real estate matters.

Just make sure that you respond to private messages.

Hello Pooh,

Let me welcome you to our forum. You'll learn a lot
just by reading the older posts, and that will go a long
way towards alieviating your fears.

Knowledge is a fear killer!

Again...welcome.

Carolyn,

Somehow I overlooked your introduction to our forum.

I'm sorry. A very hearty welcome to you there in
Arkansas. All the best to you as you progress in this
exciting career.

Hello McCoy and welcome!

25 is a good age to get started. When I look back at
when I was 25, if only I knew then what I know now...

Lots of the people on this site are in your age group.
Ryan Webber's posts will probably do you the most
good at this point. Seek out his postings from the
last 3 months and carefully digest what he says.

But also read what all the pros say. There are many,
many people on this forum who have shared their
wisdom with us all.

Good Luck.

Hello and welcome.

We've got a really good crew of Californians here
on this forum so you should be able to find lots
of fellowship.

If you've come to learn more, you've come to
the right place.
