i am an investor from southern california who is looking to invest anywhere in US. i work for an airlines, so it is easy to get around.

i was a realtor for 20 years, so i have a pretty good concept of things. though buying wholesale and rehabbing are new to me. i have done some assignments, so am somewhat familiar with it.
