I've been receiving calls but the only problem is that I work a long shift(3rd shift) it conflicts with my ability to all answers calls. I was wondering what do other wholesalers do to not miss calls and what are the main questions do I ask a potential motivated seller because I don't want to lose an potential deal..Happy New Years to all ..Any opinions..Thanks in advanced!

Thanks Michael Anderson for the response I chose to wholesale and just mailed my first campaign last week. I think you're right wholesaling would be a better choice

James Green sorry for the late response but thanks for the heads up on wholesaling and the terror I could face while being involved. Thanks for the response.

Ok thanks John Horner I'll keep that in mind but I'm sure you're right about the price but hopefully I have a lucky first break if I do use SF to get started in real estate. Wholesaling\Flipping is definitely something serious based on word of mouth.

Joseph Caracappa thanks for the response. I never thought about it that way. I can do some direct mail and see if the owner wanted to sell for a lower price or sell it to me with a seller finance options. I'm just getting into real estate so everything new.

Nick Colamarino I'm definitely considering wholesaling full time but I'm not sure just yet. I would like to buy rentals but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get bank loans my credit is ok but not high enough. I've read about seller financing so I think I'll try that route
