Lol. I do feel I'll make money at both but wholesaling would bring cash faster than a rental property.

Hi! My name is Takeshia I live in Memphis,TN and houses are really cheap here and I'm trying to decide whether I should be focusing on buying rentals with seller financing or wholesale to build my funds. I have a decent job and can save at least 2000 a month. Any response is helpful and thanks in advance.

i've been driving for dollars and getting my money together for marketing for wholesale RE. The two things i need are the contracts where can i get copies of the Tennessee purchase agreement and assign contracts can so message me a copy of both..Help Me! Thanks

I've researched wholesaling and it's very unique and is what i want to do in TN. I was told by a real estate agent that wholesale RE is illegal in TN and that i need a license but I know a few people that do wholesale in Memphis,TN. Is it illegal?  Are there legal ways to go about the situation? How do i find out what's the legitimate answer? I always thought that once you find a seller and buyer put it under contract seal the deal and close you'll fine..but Am I wrong?

 Thanks for sharing your thoughts on my post. I took heed to each and everyone of the stories of stuggles in the beginning, the bluntness on how I can be more focus and determine in achieving my goals, the passion for helping others and support most people shared through this post  was everything to me, the different strategies i can use without alot of cash or credit was so valuable in my RE education. My first post was a hit  took alot away from it I'm so humble people are so cool on here. look forward to asking more questions and having as much feedback as possible..
