@Bud Gaffney

So if rates are high but there’s a lot of equity in the property and you can still get a decent return, would that be something to worry about?

If we are expecting home prices to come down how certain are we that rates will come down at the same pace?

Interesting times but we all know the Fed will pivot the other way.

@Greg Scott with record inflation is it likely to force people to tap into their equity to fund their retirement if their stock/bond portfolio aren’t performing well? Would they also take out their home equity to help family members being affected by this record inflation?

Lindsey,

Whatever your goal is, financing is an important piece since all lenders are different. I can help you in the lending aspect when ready. Connect and reach out.

What are your goals in terms of financing?

@Chris Seveney

I also see the over evaluation of property dude to this type of structure. Can it be sustainable, idk time will tell.

One positive is allowing retail or uncredited investors to participate with little cash. How liquid will these tokens be that I don’t know but it’s not a bad idea to pay attention.

I would love to see Bigger Pockets go Ape **** over tokenization of Real Estate. Add one thing that real estate tokenization brings. Ready…set…go!
