@Logan Yordanich

Welcome to biggerpockets!

I agree with Kledi Gino Pllumaj , and even the suburbs as well.
I am still working a full time job, but have a property manager in place. It allows me to worry about long term vision, and achieving my goals instead of worry about minor repairs... me personally, it holds me back from growing.
Or also crowd funding... Sofi.com Prosper Lending Club
Rafael, Sounds like a great deal. How did you pick it up? I was in a similar situation and was able to get a 0% interest for 12 months, 20k business credit card through Chase. Depending on the size of the rehab, this may be a viable option if you're able to pay down the CC. Also, would look for contractors that use square or accept CC. If you're able to find alternative financing, I would look at those first, but it did work. Kyle

Check out enter castle.  They have a really good thing going for them.  I don't use them personally, but have looked into them.  Interesting concept.

Great job!  That's good to hear.  Just a question though, were people already living in these properties, or did you have to rehab, or bring them up to livable conditions?

Joe Villeneuve Mike Carino Thank you for your response to Mike. When is the next meeting? I would love to come to network, or maybe buy you a coffee and meet.
