ve purchased property in Detroit for little to nothing.My profit has tripled in one year,yes it took finding good tenants,but I'm impressed by my profit.I have 4 rental properties, and their all bringing 650 a month in. The property taxes are 1200 per property.I definitely will continue to invest in Detroit.Did I forget to state each property was purchased from the Waynecountyregisterofdeeds tax sale for 1,000.
