I just moved down to SW Florida and looking to network with local RE investors!

Im in the same boat. but I sold mine today. 45 days and counting...

My partner and I have some section 8 properties in Louisville and from my experience if the voucher is for $1735 including utilities and the tenant finds a house that fits their needs, then if its approved by the housing authority, the voucher amount will stay the same. We've had tenants looking for 4 bedrooms when we only had 3 and the voucher amount never decreased.

Who will be attending the Tikijian Multifamily Industry Summit coming up this 4th of December? Who didn’t know this was happening?  If you’re thinking about buying apartments in the next year know I wouldn’t miss it! 

Wanting to obtain my real estate license in Indiana. Does any one recommend a certain School or would prefer a online school? I live in New Albany and we have one school but they don't have classes until 2018.
