Property Manager Recommendations in New Albany IN

Hello BP friends. My business partner and I are looking at a small multi family property located in New Albany. Given we are located 2 hours away we'd want to look for any recommendations for local property managers. Anyone with experience in this market and knowledge of good property managers please advise. Also, any recommendations for a building inspector would be appreciated. Thanks, Marc
