Thank you! The apartment is not for sale but is in a great community and will save me money on rent vs paying a mortgage to the owner. My issue is how do I presented to the landlord so that he can't say no to the offer. I am already sure about the price because of the comps. I'm just not sure if the owner will be willing to sell and render my rent 1075/month for a mortgage payment of approx 650/month.

Hi! I currently rent an apartment that I love and will be happy to own to eventually rent out for cash flow. Since I don't have much savings to put a down payment or to buy it cash; I'd like to get some ideas on how to convince my landlord to sell me the apartment and be the bank for me. Thank you for helping out.
