Ideas to ask a seller to agree to use seller financing

Hi! I currently rent an apartment that I love and will be happy to own to eventually rent out for cash flow. Since I don't have much savings to put a down payment or to buy it cash; I'd like to get some ideas on how to convince my landlord to sell me the apartment and be the bank for me. Thank you for helping out.
