@Peter Matthews Thanks for the suggestion. We have team members that belong to most if not all the REI's serving NJ. We have had great success from Realtors in the past but finding "Hardworking" boots on the ground ones are not so easy to find. We might be transitioning our current business model to offer even greater than average commissions and incentives to find quality motivated agents that will serve us hence themselves. I am curious if things like $ bonuses for great deals and car/gas expenses being paid by us would work... Any ideas on other perks we could offer as incentive?
