what if the buyer can't put any down?

Can you wholesale an owner ffinance? This would be my first wholesale deal so I'm very new to this. Example I will be purchasing for 160k and I have a buyer for 170k. How does this work?

Thats a great point Justin. The tenant screening portion is vital if you think theres going to be a recession. Screening tenants who are not tied to the natural resource in question is great advice!
