I am building a 10-plex. I plan to make a unit ADA compliant. Since it costs more to build, am I allowed to charge more for the unit? My other non 1 bedrooms will rent for $950. What would be fair to charge for this?

Capital, funding, funds, money.... :) I have a niche construction market i'm in. I self fund all my projects. Make over 20% return and still cant get a bank to give me a spec loan. Have done 8 successful ones in 2 years

@Charles Kao who are you guys finding has the best insurance for a storage facility? I am getting quoted over $4000 a year for 7300 square feet
