My name is Michelle Zarlengo and my husband and I have reentered the REI world and started wholesaling on January 1, 2015. We have always been around or involved in RE and knew it is how we would build wealth. But, we got comfortable and allowed time to pass us by. Our first child was born in October 2013 and I decided stay home with him. After his first birthday I started to miss the metal stimulation and achievements that work gives you.

We decided to get serious about investing and focus on wholesaling to learn the business. Now, I am a full-time mom and part-time real estate investor. I am so excited because I have put 5 houses under contact within the first 30 days of marketing! I have accomplished this by trying to stay focused on generating leads and not let the other stuff distract me. I have to credit my mentor @Sam Craven for holding me accountable and keeping me on track.

Now, I am seeking cash buyers who are interested in the North East Houston area. Deals are listed below. Please email me if you would like to be added to my buyers list.

Hello everyone,

My husband and I are reentering the real estate investment world. We got serious January 1, 2015 and started marketing January 23. I attended the January Houston BP meetup, which was their largest turnout. I felt welcomed as a newbie, and received tidbits of advice from all experience levels. Shout out to @Charles Nguyen for the marketing sign tip! I have now signed TWO contracts with sellers. The February meeting was just as great, but this time I was able to offer a couple tidbits to others. I encourage ALL newbies to attend the BP meetups and hope to continue to meet veterans at the events. Hope to see you in March.

I am trying to write a letter to a family who's house is a complete loss. I normally send a "I want to buy your house" letter but I am thinking that I should address the damage in the letter. Something like, "I am sorry about your home....". It's almost like writing to an inheritance due to death letter. Please let me know your thoughts.
