Letter to fire damaged property
I am trying to write a letter to a family who's house is a complete loss. I normally send a "I want to buy your house" letter but I am thinking that I should address the damage in the letter. Something like, "I am sorry about your home....". It's almost like writing to an inheritance due to death letter. Please let me know your thoughts.
