Hello everyone,

My husband and I are reentering the real estate investment world. We got serious January 1, 2015 and started marketing January 23. I attended the January Houston BP meetup, which was their largest turnout. I felt welcomed as a newbie, and received tidbits of advice from all experience levels. Shout out to @Charles Nguyen for the marketing sign tip! I have now signed TWO contracts with sellers. The February meeting was just as great, but this time I was able to offer a couple tidbits to others. I encourage ALL newbies to attend the BP meetups and hope to continue to meet veterans at the events. Hope to see you in March.
