@Ian Ippolito- Checked your profile and dropped connection request. I come from Merchant Banking background to tech after crowdfunding of yesterday busted 20+ years ago. I have many C level executives friends who lost money in similar ventures.

Wondering if 40 million wealthy CA investors loosing part of their fortune  make these platform successful? I don't not believe in passive income in investment world only return is experience.

Thanks

Vivek

@Vandana Rao- To your point - "Looking for a property below 200K with in 2hrs drive of Bay area." Send me as many as you don't need.

Good Luck

@Ian Ippolito and @Ashley Smith - It would be great service to the community if you share your experience and expertise on crowdfunding so that the larger audience get benefit.

It seems you both make living out of recommendations?

Thanks
Vivek

@David Roberts - More than anything I suspect your deal. Please make sure your base is covered.

Good Luck

Vivek

@Ron Smith- There are many folks on these forums who get commission from dream merchants based on the recommendations. No matter where and how you are buying, you need to do your due diligence. Read the links for some REI education pretty much true for any market.

@Tiffani Baggett- Sorry to hear about your pain. This is not new, we heard about killing the golden goose. The problem is dream merchants left with their pockets full of money to other markets or business. I have limited sympathy to OOS investors but I certainly feel for the neighborhood.

Many counties are working on stabilizing the neighborhood , work with folks that @Andrew Johnson mentioned.

Good Luck
