My quest to acquire wholesale deals has led me to acquire the list of ALL the properties in Harris County (using my technology expertise and background) - this data is available in Excel, can be filtered by a whole lot of criteria/

I am curious to hear your thoughts on how would you use this data if you had access to it? 

@Jay Hinrichs Hey Jay, not all Nigerians are scammers! Majority of us are hard working people, but the few have given us bad reputation. 

With that said, a scam requires two sides, and as my mama said, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true.

Hello BP Community,

The annual Real Estate Tech Awards voting has begun this year. Last year BP featured for the first time and came out 4th in the Best Real Estate Mobile App and featured in no other categories.

You all will agree with me that the impact that BP has had in our real estate journeys have been tremendous. To that end, I believe that BP and @Joshua Dorkin should feature in several of the categories. 

While some win and use this as a popularity contest, BP should actually win because of the contents provided and we have the user-base to make it happen!
