Hello BP,

I'm looking to make bids on HUD homes and was wondering if I should work with a specific broker. I will be bidding on out of state properties so I am not sure if I should use a local broker, a broker near the properties, or the listing broker. Please let me know what you think. Any feedback would be appreciated.
