HUD Brokers

Hello BP,

I'm looking to make bids on HUD homes and was wondering if I should work with a specific broker. I will be bidding on out of state properties so I am not sure if I should use a local broker, a broker near the properties, or the listing broker. Please let me know what you think. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks,

VB

She just called the next Realtor on the list (I know cause he told me).

I said "they don't see the benefit(for them) to helping people who are trying to grow". In my example most of the people I called were actually advertising themselves as people who helped buyers buy homes yet didn't have time for me once they heard the price of the house I wanted to see. I had cash and was ready to buy (which I did). So they seemed to lose interest once they calculated that their commission at a few hundred dollars not knowing that I will be needing their services for other things. The guy met me at the house to show it and at his office for the contract, again his commission wasn't major but more than enough for us spending less than an hr together, not to mention I'll be using him to list my rentals. I'm making him a millionaire but he's going to get steady business from me that all the others passed on.
