What's up BP ! I've been reading a lot about investing with a full time job. My question ? Do you think can invest full time with a part time job?

i live in Hawaii and I've been woundering if it's even possible with the high prices out here ? lol I don't know how anyone does it.

@Alex D. thanks man I can see where your coming from and I agree I do believe the money could be put towards future deals my only concern is the money wasted from the trail and error process needed to get my marketing right. Or would you say that's just something I need to go through to grow ? Thanks again for the advice and time man I appreciate it Alex

A fellow investor I was meeting with told me something very interesting. I was just wondering if it was true or even a normal practice.

So she told me that she found an apartment renting for 1200 a month, she got the place and rented it out to her bestfriends boyfriend for 1400 a month. Now as smart as that may be ? Is it legal ?

And if you were the landlord to that apartment ? would you allow it ?
