Oahu Meeting with realtors

Hey guys ! so I plan to meet up with a few realtors out here in my area and I got an entire checklist of what questions i need to ask. So my question is what type of questions should I ask? Are there important questions I should ask first to even know if the meeting is going anywhere or not?

Thanks in advance guys

@Vick Galu

Just for my own information, I like to (1) go to OahuRE.com ; (2) click on the Tools tab at top of the page ; (3) Click on Realtor's Sales Summary .  This will let me know if the "talk" matches the "walk".  Most agents make 0-3 sales per year.  If you know this number ahead of time (what their sales are), then that should help you in your decision making in regards to what they are saying to you.

Not really answering your question about WHAT to ask them.  But information that can help you before the meeting even takes place.

Hope that helps!
