At what point do you suggest we open a holding company (e.g. Wyoming). One real estate lawyer suggested it wasn’t worth doing unless you have a 100+ properties. And that it would be way to costly. Thoughts?

I don’t own more than three properties. However PenFed never did ask me for my tax return. It literally was an application, last pay stub, purpose of the loan statement, property tax statement, and having them added to the insurance. That is it!

I have a partner who is now asking me if they should apply. They own four properties free and clear. Will PenFed find out?
