@Jason Wray thanks! But they are 2-3 times more $$. That Gandy area and the condo complex I was looking at requires max four renters per year (so 3 month rentals). Thinking it’s easier to maintain with added cash flow benefit. Do you think it still remains a business district post covid?

Does anyone recommend up and coming neighborhoods in St Pete for short term rentals?

What about Brighton Bay? Close to water and Gandy bridge. Center to Tampa and beaches. Properties still relatively cheap. Thoughts?

Everything is selling like hot cakes. Do we still think prices come down next year due to economic collapse? Or does Florida make it bc everyone is moving down there?

Thank you!

Hello all. Should I payoff my HELOC with my savings? Pros and Cons would be appreciated. Big pro is no interest payment. But can they take my Heloc away?

Would love to hear from the real experts for some unbiased thoughts and predictions. We

Know people are leaving places like NYC and buying property in Long Island, Connecticut and NJ. Homes are selling like hotcakes in those areas.

Do we really think prices will continue to rise in these markets? Or are these people foolish to buy now at the (perhaps) peak?

Detroit neighborhoods are making progress - but with that, it means displacement. Which neighborhoods are getting the biggest influx of displaced citizens?

Post: Delayed financing, big bank or small bank?

Hello investors!

Looking into delayed financing and was wondering whether it’s better to work with a small bank/credit union or big bank (with whom I’ve been banking with my entire adult life). And with that, do you suggest going back to the same bank deal after deal to create traction, ease, and a better long term relationship?

Any tips are greatly appreciated! Thx!
