Hello all!

I cant seem to find any lenders that offer HELOCs on investment properties. Can anyone suggest any?

I did speak to Wells Fargo and they only lend 60% LTV. Not ideal. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello all!

Can someone walk me through the best and easiest way to get financing immediately after closing - in other not having to go through seasoning requirements.

Additionally, I have gotten burned a couple times when bankers tell me they don’t have such seasoning requirements and I find out AFTER the application process that they do. Any tips on how to best avoid this?
