Im looking for a good HELOC lender. I have a home thats valued at 380K and I owe 274K. I would really like a LTV of about 90% but could settle for 85%. Any recommendations?

Suncoast credit union goes to 100% LTV on a primary home single family residence. They won't touch multi-units though FYI. Penfed credit union goes up to 80% LTV on investment properties including 2-4 unit properties.
