@Corby Goade We are also planning to invest in the college towns and rent it out to students by the room.. we want to focus mainly on the international students. but with all this happening around I think the number of International student enrollment is going to stay low at least for couple of years. But the rates in my area are same can you share your thoughts on this. I am from Canada and from my research I found out that there is demand for student renting but after this COVID outbreak I am not sure

I know some landlords use Cozy for rent collection and managing expenses.. from what I saw it was pretty good and powerful tool
