@Nicole Dechow Congratulations! Would like to know what is the cash flow you will be looking at renting it for $1400 and any specific reasons you chose to do a BRRRR?

@Devan Sprayberry If you are eligible for a FHA loan the down payment can be as low as 3.5% but the mortgage payment includes insurance.

Zillow has its own CRM "Zillow premier agent" has anyone tried that?

@Bob Lett as Matt mentioned you can explore if Seller financing is an option or if you can get private financing. Other options include borrowing from your retirement plan if that's an option (it might not be wise but it is an option)

I know Bay Area is an expensive market but did not know that the rents would not cover at least 70 to 80% of the mortgage payment. Thank you for the information

Is renting out the 3 beds and having tenets instead of Airbnb not an option? where the rents cover most of the mortgage payments?
