Hello BP family,

I after a little over a month of listing my duplex in West Philly (19104), I finally got a good offer on my duplex. They was supposed to send the emd but the buyer got laid off due to the impact of covid-19. Considering the complications with doing tours during the covid-19 spread, do you all have any suggestion on how I could get this house sold? 

I really want to sell it so i can have fund to do more projects this year. I resigned from my job last year to do real estate investing full time.

Hello everyone,

New to the BP community. Moving from NY to come back home to Philly in May. Interested in starting my portfolio with a owner-occupant rental. I'm looking for a turnkey duplex or triplex (the latter would be more ideal) in the Brewerytown, Strawberry Mansion or Stanton area for 90-130k. I've been using Zillow, Realtor.com, and properties my realtor send but haven't found anything solid. What's another way I could search for properties and off-market deals?
