Impact of Selling MFH in West Philly

Hello BP family,

I after a little over a month of listing my duplex in West Philly (19104), I finally got a good offer on my duplex. They was supposed to send the emd but the buyer got laid off due to the impact of covid-19. Considering the complications with doing tours during the covid-19 spread, do you all have any suggestion on how I could get this house sold?

I really want to sell it so i can have fund to do more projects this year. I resigned from my job last year to do real estate investing full time.

Thank you for your time,

Uzoma

@Uzoma Chibundu a few brokerages I know are suspending all closings until further notice. Too many issues right now with lenders pulling out financing. I think everyone (well a lot of people) are pulling back for a few weeks just to see how things shape up. Unfortunately it’s a tough time to close a deal. Take a detailed video to post on YouTube so you can offer a “virtual tour” and adjust price. Those are the only tips I can provide. Good luck
