Hello BP Community!  I'm Ross, a rookie in the real estate world.  I have been soaking up as much knowledge as possible via books, podcasts, BP forums, etc.  I am located in South Philadelphia and would love to meet other like-minded individuals in the Philadelphia area.  Are there any good real estate clubs/meet up's that I should be aware of?
