Hello everyone!

I had joined BP awhile back but never formally introduced myself on the forums.

My name is Austin Pekarek. I have started my own portrait studio business at the age of 14 (I am 22 now), currently have 2 locations and things are going extremely well. However, I often find myself thinking that there is more opportunity out there for me to be had, and real estate has always intrigued me and I have invested a ton of time and energy into learning as much about the business as possible.

The main aspects of real estate that I am interested in would be owning rentals, and working as a RE agent.

I am anxious to get started in my endeavors as a RE agent, and owning my own rental property. On this site, where might I find the best information for learning more about the nitty gritty of what it takes to be a successful agent? I am prepared for the work as I have started my own business I am very much aware that it does take energy and effort and it will not build itself. I am aware that I will have to spend many late nights and early mornings building the business so I can reach the dreams and desires that I have. So please, be blunt and very honest with me about what all I will need to do in order to get my career off the ground.

Looking forward to becoming an active member on this site!

-Austin
