@Derwin Villanueva Looking forward to it brother!

Monthly real estate investor (REI) meetup on the windward side of Oahu! We had an even better turnout this month, and I look forward to seeing you all again!

Investors, Agents, Lenders, Military, ANYONE, join us at Kailua Beach Park Pavillion (between the canoes and the boat ramp) to network, and get in on the ground floor of our monthly meetups! This is open to anybody interested in real estate, or other local investments. We welcome all levels of experience, so come and eat some pizza with us! I will provide a couple of pizzas, but if you're hungry feel free to bring anything that suits your fancy!

*Side Note* I realize this is January 1st, but I can't think of a better way to bring in the new year than talking about real estate! I'm going to give a 5-10 minute presentation on how I set my annual goals, and how to follow through on them. Perhaps we can go around the horn and talk about our goals from last year, and new goals, and see what we can do to help each other.

@William Doom I'm hoping that I won't forget about this, always up to learn more about the VA Renovation option!

@Scott Rose As you drive towards Lanikai we will be after you cross the channel. If you drive all the way to the stop sign, turn left, and park at the bathrooms near the boatramp there (at the entrance to Lanikai)...we will be in the pavillion about 75 yards from the bathroom (left as you face the water)...if this made no sense call me at 501-650-5391 once you park!

@Karen Shimabukuro Absolutely! We are meeting this Tuesday, December 4th at 1800...Kailua beach park pavillion again!

@Jin Lim Maybe house specific questions? Like: "What is your favorite upgrade to this house?" or "What is the single upgrade to this house that you think added the most value (bang for buck)?" 

Thank you @Matthew Hime...@Lane Kawaoka is definitely the man! I just can't always find time to make it to Honolulu, which is what birthed the Windward meetup haha. I love the Drink and Grow Rich meetup Lane hosts for sure!

Spoiler alert, Lane and I are planning a meetup together in January!

@Gio Gonzalez Welcome! I host the Windward REI meetup first Tuesday of every month. We will be meeting at the Kailua Beach Park Pavillion (closer to the boat ramp bathrooms) at 1800 on December 4th, and would love to see you there and network!
