So we are in two week grace window to apply for PPP for small business and I'm also wondering if I can apply for PPP using my Sch E to support contractors that work for me on the rehab projects and upkeep of my airbnbs.  The loan app seems to suggest that it needs supporting docs in the form of Schedule C, but I don't use Sch C. Has anyone succeeded in applying with Sch E?

I will be at work during that time...Is there a way to record and youtube it?

@Jonathan Blocker I can only guess... Perhaps we just didn't build too many of them because of the small town mindset 20-30 years ago.  As the result, we now have low density inventory yet high density demand. 

Keep your eye out for a good deal. But I will also tell you that multi-family inventory in Tally is fairly limited. Some of the strange things that you see in Tally: it is often cheaper to buy 4 SFH than one quad

I would like to create multiple LLCs to protect my properties. Can anyone recommend good LLC attorneys(and economical) in Tampa area? From what I understand this law firm will also pose as official LLC representative as far as LLC registration goes on continuous basis.
