Im in need of a lender that serves Georgia for investors looking to buy and hold long term.
Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.
So I recently joined a business incubator in the Atlanta area to work on a new business idea that deals with simplifying the rental process for Single Family Homes with the use of software. Im currently in the research stage called "Customer Discovery" which means I need to see if there is really a need for my idea.
What I need is licensed agents, property owners, landlords, property managers to answer questions such as....
- What they like about the SFH rental process
- What they DONT like about the process
- What they would change process
- How they would change the process
- There are other specific questions depending on whether you are an agent or owner
- Any other information that you think would be useful
Although every market is different you do not have to reside in the Atlanta market.
Per the rules of the incubator this has to be a phone interview. Since I know everyones time is really valuable, I will do my best to keep it to 10 minutes or less, Im available anytime day or night to talk. This is not a sales call or some slick way to get you to sign up for some program... Im looking for information. Thats it.
If you are available please post here or PM me and also if you have any questions please post here or PM me.
Can you post some details? At lease zip codes or neighborhoods.

Margie, I see from your profile page that you are 18 years of age which is a GREAT time to become involved with real estate and I personally think going the route of being a licensed agent is the BEST move. Although you will have to continue educating yourself, the course of study will cover topics such as real estate laws, contracts, discrimination, real estate math just to name a few. Guaranteed to get you going but NOT a Guarantee to Success, that is left up to you. I regret not becoming a licensed agent sooner.
Oh to answer your question. Yes your age qualifies. Here is what I found on a quick search.

As we all know winter is approaching and the red hot summer buying season is slowing down a bit and that presents a great opportunity for those investors who have waited to see what type of deals the fall and winter will bring.
Being head leasing agent for an Atlanta realty/property management group I come across many people on the daily basis who are in need of housing an we just dont have the inventory to place everyone. This is ESPECIALLY true when it comes to Section 8 tenants. Believe it or not there are many houses on the market right now that are close to turn-key and can offer solid returns.
I would be happy to provide information to anyone who may be considering investing in the Atlanta area.
Chetan, I'm interested. Please send info
