As we all know winter is approaching and the red hot summer buying season is slowing down a bit and that presents a great opportunity for those investors who have waited to see what type of deals the fall and winter will bring. 

Being head leasing agent for an Atlanta realty/property management group I come across many people on the daily basis who are in need of housing an we just dont have the inventory to place everyone. This is ESPECIALLY true when it comes to Section 8 tenants.
