Had cloud on title as suspected, helped run title myself, sold within a month of offer. Buyer from Miami, FL. 466% profit technically. Was a great learning experience.

I still have not seen the property, ever. Everything was done via text or email. No tenants to hassle with and no structures to worry about. This interested me because of my lack of investing experience at the time as well as low on cash at the time to buy much.
