My wife and I have been approached by a mutual friend to buy a property she owns near Perimeter Mall in Atlanta. It’s a 1bed, 1bath condo with an asking price of $204,900. Without any money of our own, what are our optIons in pursuing this purchase? It’s in great condition (newly remodeles) and a great location.. Just don’t know where to start. I know it is possible with little to no money down but how do we start?

When it comes to private/harf money lending, how do you know you have went with the right lender? What are some things you look for when you are interviewing a lender? Is the goal to keep the same lender after a successful deal or should you always look for a new lender for better rates? Thank you.

@Matthew Nicklin my goal is to be more focused on getting to know other members first than trying to get deals. Eventually we will facilitate meet ups and such but my idea for the group would networking. 

Do you have any ideas on how to get this group to grow?
