Sounds like pricing is a major factor in your decision with joining with a property manager. 

If you don’t mind me asking, in the state you don’t use a manager for your investment, if the price was lower or equal to what you have in the other state, would you sign with a manager in that state? ( I hope that made sense). 

I am a property manager in the Atlanta area and would like some feedback from the Bigger Pockets Community. 

My investor friends: What are some reasons for signing with a property management company? What are some reasons you have avoided signing with a property management company? 

Please share your experiences as well. Looking for honest feedback to help improve my business.
