I’m 24, I’ve just graduated college about a year ago, and I am just getting into real estate. One issue that has become a hinderance more than I’d like to admit is the fact that I look so young. Most people say I look anywhere from 17-18, and I feel that looking so young can affect my credibility. Does anyone have any thoughts on how I could handle/ deal with/ leverage/ etc. the fact that I look so young? Thank you.

Any change of doing it yourself? If not I've used Legal Ease in South Portland to draft my notices, they mail them directly to the York County Sheriff's Office for service so you'll be able to do this all over the phone. My two cents is to evict them instead of talking with the case manager. I've been a landlord long enough to know that people rarely change, don't lose control of your property, get them out asap!
