New Member From Montville ME

I am a brand new member from Montville ME.  I am looking to build knowledge and relationships that will last a lifetime.  My real estate goals are to"brrr" for passive income, and wholesale and or flip to replace my day job.  I am also intrigued by syndication but that road is in the distance as of this writing.  I would like to invest in the Portland and Mid Coast Maine area.  I am eager to network with new people in my area or anywhere.  Experience one flip and one lease option which I and currently living in.  These deals were done along time ago so not so relevant.   Thanks for reading.
