Hi Andrew!

I am investing in Indy now and currently helping an investor from Texas as I am a realtor here too!

Please reach out to me with any questions. I know the geography / neighborhoods very well and would love to be of service in any way!

I definitely see Little Flower heading that way! The near west near 16 Tech & the Hospitals is due for some nice appreciation as well with a lot of money being invested in that area.

I'm a new investor / agent in Indy. I made it big by buying my own home in Irvington a few years back and getting some serious appreciation as the neighborhood slowly improved. In the next 10-20 years which neighborhoods do you guys think will revitalize and capture the most value?

Hey Laura, not sure if you're still wondering. The most walkable would be any near downtown: Fountain Square, Near Northside, Cottage Home, Holy Cross. But also Broad Ripple, South Broad Ripple, and Irvington closer to Far-East side. Hope this helps. I've lived in two of these neighborhoods!

Big Dog Roofing has done some work for me. They are timely and relatively fair priced in my experience. Based on Shadeland Rd. Ask for Mitch and say Tyler sent you.

Hey I see this is a month old but I have lots of experience in central indy. I would say that Irvington, Broad Ripple, Fountain Square, Garfield Park are your best bet. Let me know if you have specific questions about these, as I've personally lived in a few.
