Indianapolis is the 16th largest metro area, fastest growing city in the Midwest, AND the 2nd most affordable metro area behind Memphis. I love investing / living in Indy myself. Be happy to connect!

Anyone have experience with this? How do you structure commission? How do you structure the role for clients?

Hey guys,

I'm working with 3 clients that are shopping for a potential BRRRR. Price isn't as much of a factor as the quality of the deal. Which are your favorite wholesaler lists?? Rankings welcomed :)

My current go to is InvestWithBen.com (Wholesaler) but I'm looking to add more resources to my arsenal. I'm specializing in BRRRR myself and now I'm a realtor taking on more investor clients in Indy or out-of-town investors.

In my experience the best places would be Facebook groups, as mentioned above - friend and family referrals, BiggerPockets, and just getting the deal in front of more people. I really do think the money will come if you show people the value!

Hi Ohad!

I'm a realtor / investor in Indy and I'm currently helping some investors find rentals in Indy now actually! You should definitely look at the near Eastside / by Irvington / Little Flower for better prices but stable rents. Additionally, near the Fall Creek area for affordable homes that can rent well. I'd be happy to touch base and talk more too.
