Does anyone have experience purchasing reperforming 2nds from PPR Note Co?  I am an investor in their fund and am considering purchasing one of the notes they offer for sale.

Do it!  Best thing I ever did was buy my first house at 19.   Still have it today 16 years later.   Been renting it for the last 11 years.  Before that I rented rooms to buddy's.
